Delivery is $40 in Melbourne Metro and $65 in most Victorian Regional areas.
We also service certain areas of Southern NSW via freight depots in Albury / Wodonga. Extremely large and/or heavy items (EG – Side by Side fridges) that require 2 people to deliver them cost slightly more. In all cases freight charges are confirmed when obtaining information on each item of stock and also again during the ‘check out’ procedure. Please refer to the Victorian map at the bottom of this shipping information page. Unfortunately there may still be some remote or isolated areas of Victoria that we cannot service. If you feel that you may be in one of those areas, please phone us on 1300 711 134 and we will establish whether it is feasible to arrange a special delivery for you to your area or whether you could collect it from a depot in your region. There may be a higher delivery fee if you still prefer to have it delivered.
All appliances come with the standard manufacturers warranty. The warranty documentation will be supplied with the item and you should approach the manufacturer directly for any maintenance issue. If however an item is clearly faulty upon delivery then the item will be replaced at no expense to the purchaser. If a fault arises during use after delivery it is the responsibility of the manufacturer to repair or replace as per the warranty conditions supplied with the item.
It should be noted that products used in a Commercial application may be subject to reduced warranty as outlined in the manufacturers warranty documentation.
